I use Motivity for personal training and group classes. I went into Motivity wanting to strengthen my leg (post knee ACL repair) to improve my surfing and that is exactly what I was able to accomplish! Bia gives me tailored varied exercises and moves the bar with my progress. Her upbeat personality make coming to the gym super fun! And the group classes offer a variety of options, all in a small group size where I can get tailored feedback from the instructor in a welcoming environment. Plus, there are some group workshops that are so unique that you just don’t get from a big box gym (e.g. breath work, kicking and boxing seminars). I will definitely continue to use Motivity’s services!

Motivity‘s Program has helped me so much on reaching my fitness goal which is, Glute and Leg growth. I’ve been on it for like 7 months and I can really see the difference. Also they offer different workouts from small fitness class to One on One training (They will personalize the work out according to your goals).
