Our sessions combine the personalization of one-on-one training with the energy of a group, so you get the best of both worlds.
Classes range from functional fitness, lifting fundamentals, yoga, and express cardio.
All levels welcomed. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign waiver if it is your first time. Bring a towel and water, if you’d like.

This isn’t a big class where you blend in. We coach your form, adjust your weights, and make sure you’re exercising safely.

Our small group exercise classes are NOT:
