Personal Training.

Our #1 way to ensure that you will see progress. Having a personalized plan created by a coach will keep you accountable, and you can guarantee you will reach your goals! Choose from strength training, boxing, tai chi, or mobility sessions.


$75 per session. May choose as many sessions as desired or as recommended by trainer during consultation.


$25 drop-in.

Cold Water Immersion (Now available!)

Recovery and health optimization are just as important as workouts themselves. With our Edge Theory Labs cold immersion tub, you will experience improved blood flow, boosted heart health, reduced inflammation, and enhanced performance. It can also reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and promote a more positive mood.

Small Group Training.

Not ready to commit to 1-1? Our classes are a great way to add in cardio and other areas of fitness. Classes range from functional fitness, cardio boxing, and yoga.
