At Motivity, personal training starts with a free 1-on-1 session where we check in on your current strength, movement, and comfort level to figure out how to help you best. From there, we pair you with a trainer who fits your goals, personality, and preferences.
And we’re big believers in meeting you exactly where you are. If you’ve never been into working out before, you’re in the right place. Just like our hummingbird mascot story: doing your best is enough, and we’ll help you grow from there. We teach, guide, and help you discover the strength, confidence, and connection you can build with your body through exercise and the positive results follow ahead.
We also train athletes and sport-specific goals. Whether it’s boxing, karate, surfing, tennis, or anything you’re passionate about, we build strength and conditioning programs that help you perform better and prevent injuries.
A word on consistency: it’s one of the biggest predictors of reaching your goals. That’s why we build a plan that feels doable, enjoyable, and sustainable—so you don’t burn out after a few months or get stuck doing something you hate. Everything we do is customizable for this reason.
We also know that personal training is an investment. If you’re only able to train with us for a short period or a handful of sessions, that’s okay—we want to know that upfront so we can set you up for success. Our goal is to give you the tools, confidence, and knowledge you need to keep training on your own long after our sessions together.

Whether you are training for a sport, longevity, or general health then strength training should be a priority in your program. To embody the mindset of a warrior through movement and guidance while getting a good sweat on. Kenpo Karate, Boxing, Kung Fu or a mix of different combat arts to enjoy a good sweat while you learn some cool moves. Learn to breathe and flow with your body.
